We’re looking for a talented Digital Advertising Lead to join our small team of experts at Flywheel. If you’re the right person, you understand that great advertising online is performance-based, and that performance is a function of strategy, creativity, and technical execution. You’ll report to our Account Director and be responsible for the full scope of executing ad campaigns, from planning through to reporting. You’ll manage a small team that we expect to grow over time.

This is a full-time, remote-first position with the option to work out of our COVID-safe office in Vancouver's Chinatown district. You’ll get to work with clients across a wide variety of industries with a focus on digital-first businesses. That means primarily eCommerce, SaaS, and high-customer-value companies. Our clients are mostly well-funded, fast-growing companies and we get to grow along with them.

Position Overview

Company


The right person has 3-6 years’ experience or equivalent skills in the following:

  • Campaign Strategy (planning budgets, determining platform, targets, etc)
  • Google Ads network (Search, Display, Video)
  • Facebook Ads network (Incl. Instagram)
  • Other networks (LinkedIn, content affiliates, Snap, etc)
  • Targeting Setup (Incl. audience and keyword research)
  • Copywriting
  • Google Analytics
  • Campaign optimization best practices

Bonus points for:

  • Client/account management experience
  • Experience in eCommerce, tech, or education
  • Experience in other areas of digital marketing, especially funnel management, CRO, SEO, or marketing automation.
  • A good eye for quality visuals
  • Project management experience
  • Client/account management experience



Compensation

$67,500.00 - $80,000.00
